Queen Studios
These rooms have one queen bed, a full washroom with a standing shower, 11 foot vaulted ceilings and a desk for working. Whether you’re traveling solo or with that special someone, this room is a great fit for your getaway.
Double Studios
These rooms have two double beds, a full washroom with a standing shower and 11 foot vaulted ceilings. They’re perfect for the trip you’re planning with your BFFs.
King Suites
The Mango and Papaya King Suites. These king suites both have one king bed, a full bathtub, a gas fireplace and a desk for working. They’re the perfect home away from home.
The Coconut King Suite
As our largest room, this suite has one king bed, a seating area, 11 foot vaulted ceilings and a desk for working, giving you room to spread out and relax.
The Palm King Suite
This suite has a separate bedroom fit with one king bed (plus, pullout sofa coming soon in the living room!). This suite also has a kitchenette with a microwave, bar sink and dining space. With a large walk in shower, 11 foot vaulted ceilings, this room is perfect currently for two, and up to four once the pullout sofa arrives (ah, shipping delays!- double bed is available to be brought in to accommodate 4 in the meantime)
The “Wee
Wee” Kiwi
Our “Wee wee” Kiwi is our coziest room. It has the same features as our regular Queen Studio just teenier! (Our floor space in that room is tight!) This unique room is our most budget-friendly space.

The Kiwi Motel in Grand Bend, ON is in the heart of one of Canada’s best beach towns and just steps away from one of Ontario’s most visited beaches. With so much going on, you’ll need somewhere relaxing to lay your head after a busy day!
